Who we are

Baer & Hoggo Games develops and publishes Mobo. For questions about information we handle, or to make a privacy request, email baerandhoggo@gmail.com.

Information involved

Why we use information

We use the information needed to run the daily leaderboards, show the ads that keep Mobo free, protect the service from spam and misuse, and respond to support requests. Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, our bases are performance of the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it and answering messages, your consent for personalised ads where that is required, and compliance with legal obligations where required.

Services we use

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Purchases go through Google Play. Our leaderboard server runs on Cloudflare. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Where the law requires it (the EEA, UK and Switzerland), Mobo asks for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

Children

Mobo is not directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to the "General audiences" content rating.

Storage and retention

Local saves remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall Mobo. Leaderboard entries, including the IP hash stored with each one, are anonymous and are kept to show daily results. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to address the request and any applicable legal obligations. Google and Cloudflare set their own retention periods for data they handle.

Your choices and rights

To have your leaderboard entries removed, email baerandhoggo@gmail.com with your install ID, which you can find in Mobo's Settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your personal data, or to object to certain uses. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request before fulfilling it.

International processing and changes

The providers named above may process information in countries outside your own. Their policies explain their practices and applicable transfer protections. We may update this policy as Mobo changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
